Troy is a veteran who served 20 years of active duty in the Army, retiring from Fort Liberty, North Carolina, in 2022. He was a Signal Chief Warrant Officer 4 who served in numerous commands and locations and spent ten years in overseas assignments, including two combat deployments to Iraq. In the podcast, Troy talks about his experience in the military and how it has prepared him to represent the current military, future, and retirees. Troy is more than qualified to represent the people of North Carolina's 9th Congressional District.
